• All bookings are subject to seat availability.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments via secure payment gateways using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• Once a booking is confirmed, an e-ticket will be generated and sent via email or WhatsApp. Passengers must carry a valid ID proof along with the e-ticket while boarding.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Goldy Bus Service is not responsible for any delays caused by the passenger's late arrival, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Luggage is restricted to reasonable dimensions. The company assumes no liability for loss or damage to baggage during transit.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying contraband items are strictly prohibited on the bus.

4. Service Disruptions

While we strive to adhere strictly to our schedules, Goldy Bus Service reserves the right to alter the route, change the schedule, or cancel services due to unavoidable reasons such as breakdowns, weather conditions, or roadblocks. In the event of a cancellation by the operator, a full refund will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Goldy Bus Service and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Goldy Bus Service. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Goldy Bus Service for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
